Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing ClipForge AI. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds will be processed for our SaaS subscription services.

1. Subscription refunds

All subscription fees paid to ClipForge AI are non-refundable once the billing period has started, except in the cases described below. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your Settings page; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period.

2. Eligible refund cases

  • Duplicate charge: if you were charged more than once for the same period, the duplicate amount will be fully refunded within 7 business days.
  • Service unavailability: if our service is unavailable for a continuous period of more than 72 hours due to our fault, you may request a pro-rated refund for the affected days.
  • Unauthorized transaction: if a transaction was made without your consent, contact us immediately and we will investigate and refund within 10 business days.

3. Requesting a refund

To request a refund, email clipforgeaisupport33@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge with: your account email, the date of the charge, the transaction ID (visible in Settings → Payment history), and a brief reason. We respond within 3 business days.

4. Free trial

If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial expires. You can cancel anytime during the trial to avoid being charged.

5. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The actual settlement time depends on your bank or card issuer.

6. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank — we'll resolve genuine issues quickly. Filing a chargeback without first reaching out may result in suspension of your account.
