Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ClipForge AI ("we", "our", "the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service description

ClipForge AI is a SaaS platform that uses artificial intelligence to repurpose long-form video into short-form vertical clips with auto-generated captions, thumbnails, and metadata, with optional publishing to connected social accounts.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally capable of entering binding contracts. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information when registering.
  • Keep your password secure and confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

  • Upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
  • Upload content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or hateful.
  • Use the Service to spread misinformation or impersonate others.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or circumvent rate limits.
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of all videos and content you upload. By using the Service you grant us a non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide the Service. The Service itself, including all AI models, code, designs and branding, remains the exclusive property of ClipForge AI.

6. Payment and subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are listed on the pricing page in Indian Rupees (₹) and may include applicable GST. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. See our Refund Policy.

7. AI output disclaimer

AI-generated clips, captions, thumbnails and translations are produced by third-party large language models. While we apply quality filters, output may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or unintended content. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before publishing.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipForge AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms us or other users. You may cancel your account at any time from Settings.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or an in-app banner. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
